Circuit Service on Sun 14th June 2009 at 6pm
The circuit service at Great Horton with Lidget Green Methodist/United Reformed Church will be led by The Wesley Singers based in the Leeds Methodist District. The service will take the form of Songs of Praise entitled “BORN in SONG” devised by Rev. Frank Pagden.
The hymns for the service outline the history of Methodist hymn singing from the 18th to the 21st Century. There will be lots of well-known hymns for the congregation to enjoy singing as well as some rather unusual items by the choir.
